Vinod Kumar Shukla was admitted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences Raipur on December 2 after experiencing breathing difficulties. Earlier, he had been hospitalised at a private medical facility in October and was discharged following improvement.
His health deteriorated again in early December, leading to readmission to AIIMS Raipur. He breathed his last at 4:48 pm on Tuesday, his son Shashwat Shukla confirmed.
