Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch development projects worth ₹9,700 crore in Gujarat on Janjatiya Gaurav Divas. A major part of the event will be the Grih Pravesh (housewarming) of 1 lakh houses built under:
PM-JANMAN
DA-JAGUA

To improve education for tribal students, the Prime Minister will inaugurate:

42 Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) costing ₹1,900 crore
50 new EMRS schools (foundation stone) worth ₹2,320 crore
Tribal Research Institute in Imphal
Centre of Competence at Assam Medical College
228 Multipurpose Community Centres for cultural, social and learning activities

These steps promote quality education, skill training, and cultural preservation for tribal youth.

Connectivity and Economic Growth

To improve travel, markets and economic activity in tribal districts, the government will:

Flag off 250 buses for tribal districts
Lay foundation stone for 748 km of new roads
Establish 14 Tribal Multi-Marketing Centres to increase market access for local products
